HOUSE BILL NO. 266 An Act relating to limited liability                        
companies and limited partnerships; and providing for an effective             
date which had been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page                  
1957) was before the Senate.                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Senator                
Duncan objected.
